Return & Refund Policy
At MarutiKart (https://marutikart.in/), we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A product opening video is mandatory for any return or damage claims. Please ensure the video is clear and taken during the unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with the unboxing video. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or different from what was ordered.

Minor color or patch differences due to lighting or screen resolution are not valid reasons for return.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

Return the current item.

Once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.
