Client Policy (Customer Policy)
- Account Creation
Customers must create an account to place an order on MarutiKart.
The account should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. - Product Information
All products listed on the website are described as accurately as possible, including price, specifications, and availability.
MarutiKart cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, and reserves the right to correct any errors. - Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, customers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payment must be completed before the order is processed. MarutiKart accepts various payment methods such as COD. - Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times vary based on the product and the location of the customer.
MarutiKart is not responsible for delays in shipping due to unforeseen events such as weather, strikes, or logistics disruptions.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary based on the customer’s location and the weight/size of the products. - Returns and Refunds
Customers can return products within 7 days from delivery if they are defective or if the wrong product is received. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
Refunds will be issued within a set time frame after the return is processed.
Some products, such as personalized or perishable items, may not be eligible for return or refund. - Customer Support
MarutiKart provides customer support through email, chat, or phone. Customers are encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns.
MarutiKart will make all reasonable efforts to resolve customer issues promptly. - Privacy and Data Protection
MarutiKart is committed to protecting customers’ personal data. We only collect necessary information for order processing and will never share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Vendor Policy
- Registration
Vendors must register and create an account with MarutiKart to list their products on the platform.
Vendors should provide accurate information about their business, including valid contact details, tax identification numbers, and bank account details. - Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate and comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
Products should meet the quality standards expected by MarutiKart. Any false or misleading claims about products can result in suspension or termination of the vendor’s account.
Prices listed must be inclusive of all taxes and fees applicable. Vendors cannot change the prices of products after an order is placed. - Order Fulfillment
Vendors must ensure that they can fulfill orders in a timely manner. They should ship products within the timeframe mentioned on their listing.
Vendors should provide tracking information to MarutiKart as soon as the product has shipped.
If a vendor is unable to fulfill an order, they must inform MarutiKart immediately to arrange a resolution with the customer. - Returns and Refunds
Vendors are required to accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description.
Vendors must process refunds promptly when a return request is accepted. - Commission and Fees
MarutiKart will charge a commission on each sale made through the platform. The exact percentage will be communicated to the vendors upon registration and may vary depending on product categories or promotions.
Vendors are responsible for all other fees, such as packaging, shipping, and taxes. - Vendor Conduct
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, product safety, and intellectual property laws.
Vendors are prohibited from listing counterfeit or illegal items.
MarutiKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of misconduct, such as fraudulent activities, repeated complaints, or violations of policies. - Communication and Support
Vendors must maintain clear communication with both MarutiKart and customers. Any issues related to orders, shipping, or returns should be addressed promptly.
MarutiKart will provide vendor support for platform-related queries, but vendors are responsible for managing their own customer service. - Termination of Vendor Account
MarutiKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account if they breach any terms of this policy.
In case of termination, vendors must immediately stop listing their products and remove any references to MarutiKart from their promotional material.
Additional Terms (for both Clients and Vendors)
Dispute Resolution: All disputes between MarutiKart, clients, and vendors will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
Force Majeure: MarutiKart is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Amendments: MarutiKart reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time. All updates will be communicated to clients and vendors.
